Valve Is Still Not Working On Half-Life 3

With the success of Half-Life 2, many have been wondering for years if Half-Life 3 is in the works. Afterward all, wouldn't Valve want to continue their success with a tertiary title in the series? That'due south what many think, but unfortunately, it seems that Valve is obviously still not working on the game.

This is according to Tyler McVicker of Valve News Network where in a new video, claims that One-half-Life iii is currently non being adult. According to McVicker, "No, at the current time, there isn't a major evolution team working on anything exterior of the few pieces of software that are specifically tailored for hardware correct now."

He adds, "Valve is trying to become the Steam Deck out and, like many people have observed, the Steam Deck has been significantly more successful than originally predictable, so Valve is throwing a lot at it."

For years, many have been trying to detect clues that might suggest Half-Life three is in development, but to date nothing concrete has been discovered, and this report pretty much cements the fact that Valve doesn't seem too keen on developing the tertiary title in the series. To be fair, Valve's efforts over the years have seen the company move away from evolution of games.

While the company still makes and maintains their games like Dota 2, nosotros oasis't really seen anything new or major. Instead, the company seems to be focusing on its Steam storefront and also on hardware products like the Vive VR headset and now the Steam Deck. Will Half-Life 3 ever come across the calorie-free of twenty-four hours? That's hard to say, but for now, don't hold your jiff.
